Contractor List

If you are looking for contractors to do work on your unit, the listed contractors have had previous experience with our building, and may be able to better assist you. You are free to solicit other companies to do the work in your unit as well, you are not required to use any of the companies on the list. Make sure all hired contractors carry liability insurance to cover yourself and our building.

HVAC (Air Handler, Air Conditioner, Hot Water Heater)

1. Our building setup is quite different than other condo buildings and homes. Most units do not have a normal furnace setup. We have found it is best to mention we use the below items in our unit utilities:

   • RAQ Series Wall Recessed Vertical Air Handler

   • RAQ Series Wall Condenser

   • Indirect Water Heater

   • These above recommendations are only provided to better assist contractors with finding replacement parts or to get more familiar with the type of setup we have.

2. We request residents to not install a high efficiency furnace in place of the existing setup. 

   • High efficiency furnaces cause condensate drainage issues for our building which can lead to water damage to your unit, and any neighbors below you. 

3. The best setup is a direct replacement for the installed utilities. Please contact a board member if you have any questions.

Large Item Disposal

1. If you have large or gently used items consider donating them to local second hand stores (Salvation Army, Goodwill, etc). These second hand stores may pickup the item for free. Please coordinate with these companies directly to pickup your gently used items.

2. Our trash collection vendor will not pickup large items (Mattresses, box springs, dressers, dining tables/chairs, etc).
